Initially, officials reported four injured civilians – two men and two women between the ages of 38 and 65. Kiper later said the number of injured rose first to five, then eight and later to 11.
Among the injured are six men, three women and two children aged 11 and 12, according to regional authorities.
Eight victims were hospitalized. Doctors said three people remain in serious condition.
Officials said the victims suffered shrapnel wounds, burns, blast injuries, limb injuries, traumatic brain injuries and acute stress reactions.
“Enemy drones deliberately attacked civilian infrastructure in our region,” Kiper said.
Emergency crews, municipal services and law enforcement officers are currently working at the site. Authorities said police are documenting what they described as another Russian war crime against civilians.
All victims are receiving necessary medical assistance, while information about the full scale of the damage is still being clarified.
