The announcement was made on the anniversary of Operation Sindoor amid rising global concerns over drone-led warfare and coordinated aerial threats.
According to the company, the anti-drone platform has been fully designed and developed in India and is intended to strengthen defence self-reliance and indigenous battlefield technology capabilities. The system is aimed at addressing evolving threats from low-cost FPVs, swarm drones, and coordinated aerial attacks that have increasingly become part of modern conflict environments.
Zen Technologies stated that the platform combines artificial intelligence, multi-layer neutralisation technologies, and integrated command systems to provide both soft-kill and hard-kill counter-drone solutions.
The company said the system provides wideband spectrum coverage ranging from 70 MHz to 12 GHz for drone detection and communication disruption. It also offers surveillance capabilities with the ability to detect and track more than 100 drones simultaneously for swarm engagement scenarios.
The anti-drone architecture includes RF jamming, GNSS jamming and spoofing capabilities, RCWS integration for 12.7 mm and 7.62 mm systems, air defence guns, and kamikaze interceptors. Zen Technologies added that the indigenous radar integrated into the platform can detect smaller low-RCS drones at ranges of up to 20 kilometres.
