To understand where we are, you need to understand how we got here. After the broader Middle Eastern crisis began in 2023 and Iran and Israel exchanged missile strikes in 2024, Israel and the United States launched the Twelve-Day War in June 2025 — a defined, targeted campaign against Iran's nuclear infrastructure.
