In this role, you will travel to our clients (whether it’s the front lines or a non-combatant NATO country) and train them how to use our equipment, explain the specifications in clear manner and help set everything up. Not only will You work with clients as a support specialist, but will also provide feedback and identify areas for improvement directly to the product team. This person must be able to perform some analytical work, stay up-to-date on the latest drone technologies, think ahead and suggest what needs to be changed or improved.
We expect You to be drone expert who knows everything in depth about drones and can answer any question the client may have, as well as someone who understands how FPV drone tactics generally work and all the nuances of military operations.
